American Yacht Institute - American Yacht Institute is a professional training facility for yacht crew, estate staff, and private flight attendants. We specialize in training future professional staff as well as the presently employed in each respective industry. Our Advisory Board consists of yacht captains, estate managers, and aircraft pilots and management teams. With their input, they have helped us set new standards in these industries. As most of our Advisory Board are active members in their industries, we are able to keep in close contact with their requirements for professional staff. We are committed to an atmosphere of positive reinforcement, personal attention, student participation, and concentrated studies. Our seminars are designed to prepare the students to become professionals with a background in old style formalities and finishing school etiquette.

Crew can register for free on line and owners, Captains and registered companies can search the data base on line for a fixed annual subscription. This inititave allows for a more cost effective, efficient service to be offered to owners. We do still offer a traditional service with reference checking and guarentee policy. This is offered to registered yachts at a substantial discount rate over other traditional agencys.
